Company leaders use employee satisfaction surveys to gauge how happy their workforce is. ACCA Home Care Staff Job Satisfactions Survey is to understand whether our staff feel motivated and allows ACCA to spot any simple adjustments we can make to improve staff satisfaction.
In the 2023 ACCA Home Care Staff Job Satisfaction Survey, staff members were asked questions from understanding their role, training and development, work conditions, to overall job satisfaction. 94.5% of our Home Care workers agree/strongly agree ACCA provides a good workplace. With our 95% happy workers (highlighted in the table below), ACCA is able to provide quality services to our Home Care clients.
