ACCA Home Care Quality of Service Survey 2023
ACCA is committed to provide high level services to our clients. ACCA's Home Care Quality of Service Survey is to understand our clients' satisfaction levels and to gauge our clients' needs, understand problems with our services by the survey score.
In late 2023, ACCA Home Care Quality of Service Survey indicates that 79.1% of Home Care clients who participated in the survey are satisfied with our Home Care services. Our disapproval rate is 0.3%. Almost 88% of our clients will recommend ACCA Home Care to their friends and family should they require similar care.
