ACCA held its Seniors Information Day on Thursday 21 February 2019 in conjunction with the NSW Seniors Festival 2019 at its Parramatta Service Centre. Approximately 30 people attended the event.

ACCA President Mr Eric Wu gave a welcoming address to the attendees who were seniors living in the Parramatta area. Ms Ping Jiang, Social Worker, gave a talk on “Falls Prevention for Seniors” in Mandarin and it was interpreted to Cantonese by Ms Tammy Ho.

Thereafter, ACCA’s senior services staff, Danny Chan and Yan Wang introduced and explained ACCA’s day care services and home care package services respectively to the attendees.

The Information Day certainly was useful for many of the attendees as they are more aware of the aged and community care services available to Australians.
