On 15th June 2018, the Northern Seniors Group held their traditional Dragon Boat Festival celebration at the Pennant Hills Leisure and Learning Centre.

The morning program included musical performances by members of the Kinnor Quartet – Patrick Yau, Albert Kwong and Peggy Chan on the violin and supported by Peter Look on the Cello! Among others, the pieces played included The Blue Danube, Hanabera, Till we meet again and Stein Song.

Connie Lee and Sandy Kwok soon thereafter treated the members with their great singing of Cantonese songs.

Many thanks to the ladies in the kitchen who worked hard to bring the food to the table which included the traditional sticky rice dumplings (zongzi), siu mai, spring roll and others.

The day concluded with the lucky draw prizes. Mr Felix Lam attended on behalf of the Board of ACCA. Indeed it was a morning not to be missed!
