In honour of His Excellency Li Huaxin, who is stepping down as Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Sydney and returning to China to take up a senior position in the government, the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Sydney hosted a farewell reception on 22 April 2016.

ACCA President Shirley Chan, Vice-President Theresa Liang and ACCA Chinese Language School Principal Phil Xu joined with representatives of local government and many ethnic and community leaders to bid farewell to Mr. Li Huanxin and his wife Zhang Xiujuan in the function.
