Community Support Services (CSS) are dedicated to provide community-based and centre-based assistance for community members to access social support activities, group respite care for specific demands and hot meals delivered to home. If you would like to make new friends in your neighbourhood or have a refreshing cuisine delivered to your home, then CSS will be a desirable choice.
Our Commitment
Australian Chinese Community Association (ACCA) understands that no one should be isolated or suffer the loneliness, and demands of community members should be heard. With over 50 years of experience in serving high-quality and professional care for senior clients and NDIS participants，we truly acknowledge that being supportive to the community does not represent only serving self-care tasks, domestic assistance and gardening, but should also include assistance for consumers to engage in social activities and accessibilities to the fresh air outside the door.
The ACCA team is committed to providing trustworthy and compassionate services to seniors in need. We always welcome your ideas and preferences, and highly value every client’s suggestions and feedback to help us tailor CSS to be both caring and practical. Based on your needs, we design popular social activities and personalised support. We warmly welcome clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds, including Mandarin and Cantonese speakers.

- Gentle group exercises and morning stretching to promote physical wellbeing

- Outdoor excursions to explore local Sydney attractions, encouraging social interaction and fresh air exposure
- Home-delivered hot, authentic Asian meals prepared by professional chefs for those who prefer to stay at home
- Specialised social groups tailored to individual care needs, including dementia support and other targeted services
