In the 2025 ACCA Home Care Staff Job Satisfaction Survey, staff members were asked questions from understanding their role, training and development, work conditions, to overall job satisfaction. 97.4% of our Home Care workers agree and strongly agree that ACCA is a good place to work and they would proudly recommend ACCA to a friend or relative.
