
ACCA Home Care Quality of Service Survey 2025
ACCA is committed to provide high level services to our clients. ACCA's Home Care Quality of Service Survey is to understand our clients' satisfaction levels and to gauge our clients' needs, understand problems with our services by the survey score.
In 2025, ACCA Home Care Survey indicated that 85% of Home Care clients who participated in the survey were satisfied overall with our Home Care service (an increase of 5.9% from 2023). 89.2% of our clients would recommend ACCA Home Care Service to their friends and family should they require similar care.
