ACCA Directors’ Strategic Planning Workshop 2026

ACCA Directors held a two-day Strategic Planning Workshop over the weekend of 22-23 August on the Central Coast of NSW to review the organisation’s strategic direction and priorities for the coming three years.

The workshop provided an important opportunity for Directors and senior management to step back from day-to-day operations and consider the broader opportunities and challenges facing ACCA and the communities we serve.

The workshop forms an important part of the development of the ACCA Strategic Plan 2026-2029, which will provide a framework for the organisation’s priorities, growth and service development over the coming years.

ACCA looks forward to continuing to work collaboratively with our staff, clients, members and community partners to build a sustainable future and deliver high-quality services to the community.
