ACCA held its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday 7th December 2025 at Club Parramatta.
The AGM was declared open by President Christine Mok at 12.00noon – upon confirmation of quorum.
Ms Mok presented her report for the year 2024-25, emphasising ACCA’s focus on ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to the Support at Home program for clients, families and staff.
She also acknowledged and thanked Dr Thora Chai who resigned in October 2024 for her service as a Director, and welcomed Ms Lianne Zhao on her appointment to the Board in April 2025.
Thereafter, Treasurer Tim Feng presented his report for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.
Mr Feng thanked the management for another year of strong income growth and effective cost management, he was pleased to announce that this had been the sixteenth consecutive year of surplus achieved by ACCA and reflected the prudent financial stewardship exercised by the management.
After the ballot had concluded, the Returning Officer presented his report to the members declaring all existing 6 directors were re-elected, being Shirley Chan, Tim Feng, Christine Mok, Derek Li, Erica Hendrawan and Theresa Liang. He also declared Benjamin Chow, Martina Tam and Stephanie Chen elected unopposed to the position of Councillor.
This demonstrates the strong endorsement by ACCA members of the past performance of the Board.
The meeting was declared closed at 12.33pm.
Thereafter, the members adjourned to ACCA’s Parramatta office where members were provided with lunch to celebrate another successful year.
