Members and friends of ACCA ushered in the Year of the Snake with a luncheon in Hurstville on Sunday 9 February 2025. The event was attended by ACCA directors and councillors, members, family and friends.

Special guests who attended were Georges River Council Deputy Mayor Clr Nancy Liu and Clr Ben Wang – they introduced themselves and explained the range of assistance they provide to residents.

Another speaker was Scott Yung, the Liberal candidate for Bennelong, who spoke about his personal background and his family’s long involvement with the local community. Scott is well known to many ACCA members and he’s regarded as a person who is sincere and passionate about serving the community.

The event was livened up with a lion dance performance. In addition, the ACCA Parramatta dancing group performed several cultural dances.
